Hornet series reels are ultra light weight, and will still freespool with 28 pounds of drag set.  Ideal for mid range jigging and popping, the hornet is the light heavy-weight of our jigging line with its carbon fiber drag system. The XJ-10 is particularly suited to kayak fishing, or vertical striper fishing.  Extensive research, development and testing has resulted in a precision made, high performance package.  The bulletproof construction will stand up to years of extreme deep-drop use.
