These bluewater trolling reels are ideal for targeting Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, Dorado, Swordfish, Shark, and Sailfish.

Each reel in our lineup is equipped with a cold forged, high capacity deep spool that is ideal for loading up with Spectra® braid. As a result of their extremely high strength, line capacity, and drag capabilites, smaller, lighter reels can be used to fight larger fish than ever before. For this reason, Blackstone Makena® series reels are as equally suited to stand-up applications as they are for chair work. - We believe in fighting fish, not equipment. (130W not recommended for standup)
