Santos Designs Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from nonconformance in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. For nonconformance determined to have occurred due to manufacturing defect, Santos will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to the owner. Shipping to either of the service depots will be paid by the purchaser. Return shipping will be paid by Santos.

Damages determined to have occurred due to neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear will be repaired at the owner's discretion after a repair estimate is provided. If the owner does not wish to repair the reel, it will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

All warranty requests must be accompanied by a dated sales receipt, your name, address, telephone number (daytime), email address (optional), and a brief description of the issues related to your warranty request.
